Kontras
The management treats you like you are nothing. They do not respect you. They do not listen. They victimise you when you stand up for yourself. You are constantly pressured. They take advance of the need of employment that the most of the people have, and they tend to threaten you when you are not 100% compliant to their requirements and they punish you if you are sick. They assume you do not want to do your job if you stand up for yourself. Everytime they get a negative feedback they reply that your requests are not reasonable (when requests are 10 minutes away from the computer screen every 2 hours, weekend and overtime paid more than usual workdays, bank holidays with double pay, working in rooms with windows and possibility to change air and so on...) They think that some free food is enough to keep a worker happy. They change often rules, they make up the rules: we signed contracts the rules changed and nobody told anything from the management, severe lack of communication regarding important changes and loads of communication about social events. Little chances of career. Managers are not experienced or skilled, it seems that you can progress in your career as much as you are licking the right arses. I need a job and thats why I am there, while looking for something better. I am skilled like all my colleagues. I have studied and I feel I am treated like rubbish quite often. That place is good because it provide you enough money to survive. Nothing more.
