      Pay is Decent Easy EMR SYstem

      Kontras

      They will give you decent pay to get you in the door. You will work extra hard, they give you 2-3 positions to do but don’t want to pay you for all the hard work your putting. Everyone is not on the same page when short staffed. Oh, make one small mistake they will write you up.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
