      Pros

      Concentra has a very standardized process that allows PRN PT's to work at different clinics with minimal disruption. The patients are awesome and the pay is great.

      Kontras

      It's urgent care, so sometimes you'll have a busy day because multiple people come in at the same time.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Kontras

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
