9yThanks for your feedback. You’re right about the talent and potential that our colleagues possess and that is one of the things we appreciate and admire about all of our employees. However, we acknowledge that we have experienced a significant yet positive change in our IT strategy and leadership over the last 18 months. As part of this change, all IT projects are reviewed by leadership and a decision is made on if they drive the vision of the business.
