- very cliquey
- OT is only 2 additional hours a day. nothing more
- management prioritizes metrics over employees’ wellbeing
- zero downtime in between calls. constantly back to back from beginning to end of shift
- other depts do not hold their weight, which results in CSR’s having to do twice the work. can/will lead to burnout
- union uwua local 1-2 does not advocate for members like they should. they are very cozy with con ed management. will be lackadaisical with member requests
