Great people to work with, good balance, you actually get quite a bit of vacation in your first year which is quite significant since most places don't give vacation at all in your first year. You learn a lot on the job

I don't like working at an MSP, it's stressful and busy and you never really get a break, you're working all day, figuring stuff out and well, I'd rather work internal IT for a bigger company personally.

There is great camaraderie among the team, people work well together, you never feel like you have to tackle anything alone and there have been a lot of changes but input is always requested to make the work easier for technicians rather than adding bureaucracy.

I mean, we're all human, nothing always goes perfect, IT can be stressful, especially when dealing with new issues, sometimes changes made don't work out well but you have to give it a try at least, that's how processes work, but it can make things difficult on the short term though it gets adjusted and works out in the long term. Trial and error.
