We appreciate your feedback. The ability to work remotely and obtain certifications are often highlighted as programs employees appreciate. In addition to certification classes and support, we offer thousands of free online training and development courses to all CTG employees so they may build up their skill set. Based on employee feedback we received in our recent Great Place to Work survey, we recently implemented new, clearly defined training paths for our service desk and help desk support teams. Employees can follow a training path and potentially earn certifications along the way to help generate opportunities for advancement and cross functional training. In terms of leadership, we feel our management team is profoundly connected to their employees and are in tune with their development goals. Managers adopt an open door communication policy and support an environment of collaboration and transparency.
