Sychophants and boot lickers are promoted while whistle blowers are sacked Lack of ethics - people are promised the sky and when the perform the management takes back it word. Management is prone to being hijacked by cliques who currently run the company. While the company is basically malyali owned - it is run by a telugu mafia. The only ethics they follow is over sell and inflate budgets in collusion with corrupt procurement guys of various organizations.

Good for Learning, not for experience.
