Learning new skills is always good. There were a handful of good management.

Mangers didn't like helping you. You constantly had to put a cutomer on hold just to walk around and look for a manager. When you did, they never wanted to help you, and when they did, they have you walking back and forth instead of coming to your desk to actaully help you. They made us forward customers to a ghost number if they were no longer in warranty. You get in trouble for being on the phone to long regardless if the customers issue isn't solved. They bascially want you to rush customers off the phone. They only criticized me for not being perky, but not tell me I do a good job when customers aways thanked me for my empathy, patience and not just hanging up on them if I didn't understand their dialect that well.
