Poor pay that is significantly under market with salary freezes Owned by Spark so the old culture and ways of working which made CCL successful and a great place to work is getting eroded and replaced by the Spark corporate model. Constant staff restructures which is leading to instability, low morale and a load of quality staff leaving to go to other companies Hiring freezes in some areas of the business which is causing staff to become burnt-out and look for other jobs or leave Upper management appear to not be seriously looking at retaining staff and it seems the exodus of staff leaving will continue
