Just an awful place to work. There is a real penny pinching attitude and some staff haven't been given pay rises for FIVE years (yep even in the good times). Yet they ram 'success' emails down your throat to rub it in ! There is no training funded so you will have to pay for that yourself. The 'facilities' such as dining area, toilets etc are disgusting due to the fact cleaners are rarer than lottery winners ! It is filthy all over the building. The staff 'restaurant' is the worst you will ever experience - its pricey and the food sits there all day drying up until it becomes inedible ! Onto work and the 'management' are clueless - give them a suggestion thats valid and they will ignore it as they didn't think of it first. Its staffed by numerous BT rejects - so if they're not good enough for BT....go figure ! Seriously clumsy management with no vision whatsoever and who just love to treat you like you are 12 !. Pay and conditions are the minimum they can get away with - they are well well below industry standards. They take the view you are lucky to have a job !!! Every single person in the section I work in, is looking for another job.
