Only good thing is you get sunday off

Its not a IT company it is a boarding school for adults. Too much workload,no leaves, in appraisal you get peanuts, you can't leave before 2years if you join else they will not give you reliving letter..if you abscond then they will send you legal notice. Full of dirty politics and discrimination to this extend that you can't even think.

Good opportunity to work in Team, friendly atmosphere. Gain lot of product knowledge and certification. Good exposure for freshers as well as for experience

Nothing as such, it depends on person how they perceive and understand their work and their responsibility.
