Stay away - Senior Software Developer bei CompuGroup Medical: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Dear former colleague (m/f), thank you very much for taking the time to rate us as a company. I am sad to hear, that all of our management and organization executives are chaotic and have no respect. My impression (since I work for this company for some time now as well) are different! We are focussing on lots of projects that are very important for european society, e.g. the implementation of the german e-health law. Of course it is easy to say tht there are to many management roles, from the employee's perspective. However, how to implement new businesses in countries that we have not worked in before is not very easy. If and how to introduce new management roles, these are decisions that are taken on highest level and by people that have several years of job experience in this. It seems that you do not like working time recording. Some empoyees do like this kind of assitance to manage their own working environment and to capture their own workload.
