Allowed to work from home 1 day a week Great amenities and workplace atmosphere is commendable Medical and Dental benefits are payed for completely by the employer Allowed to do my work with minimal supervision. No micromanagement.

Pay is lacklustre No bonuses are given out even though performance evaluations are bonus-worthy. Management is done by-the-numbers. No creativity involved when making decisions.
