The other sales people and field based managers were great. I enjoyed a good team I worked with and gained tons of experience.

Senior Management changed Compensation Plans on awhim at any time it was in the best interest of the "company".For the most part, you were goals to never be able to hit accelerators or high end bonuses- EVER. Raises never happened adn annual performace reviews were not done either. Very sloppy on the management side of the house.
