      It's a balanced company, treat well the employee and you have a voice

      If the project is contract-terminated in the Managed Services, they will lay you off instead of having you in the bench

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Kontras

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
