      Originally had unlimited overtime, people were friendly and wanted you to succeed. Great way to get a lot of certifications at no cost to you.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
