      You will be exposed to many different technologies that would take you years anywhere else to learn or be exposed too.

      The mid management is more worried about saving their own hide than the success of the teams. The higher levels of management are contradictory and continue to play sides as a sick side show

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
