      Low stress. Worked at GE with great people. Good job if you enjoy down time. People were very appreciative of the help I provided.

      No training was ever provided. Not much interaction with other employees in the same position. Never given any raises or bonuses in 5 years.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
