Immediate manager sympathetic and works to rally the team.
Kontras
Immediate managers has limited promotion ability. Approval red-tape seems to bog promotions for a good while. Can spend a lot of time waiting for something promised. Temps do not fare well as benefit package doesn't really apply (vacation time, paid time off, holidays...etc.)
