Pros
The only pro I can think of is getting your foot in the door with other companies through CC. Maybe get a little experience.
Kontras
The cons are many. The company is led by people with zero management skills from the top down. They have rotated through multiple CEOs over the last few years because no one wants to stick around. The management (in Cincinnati particularly) are possibly the worst I've ever worked with. The not only don't reward quality employees, they try to prevent said employees from bettering themselves by threats of lawsuit and intimidation. They also try to prevent by attempting to enforce a non compete that doesn't apply in most cases. I was able to move to a customer of CC by making a good impression on the right people and being quiet about where I was going.
