      Great company to work for, I like the flexibility, the open door policy, the great sense of support you find with the colleagues, the company supports the work-life balance and has great benefits like the medical insurance. Also you can find a career path to keep growing and corporate responsability activities to give back to the community.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Kontras

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
