Subject to habitual layoffs that are a constant setback for morale and have seen something of a culture vacuum develop in the company. Lost senior colleagues either as a result of cuts, or indirectly because they chose to move elsewhere due to uncertain environment. Poor project management setup with a lack of formal structure can leave consultants burned out and without a support system.
