There is rampant gossip-especially from the owner Dr. Bullard. She talks poorly about almost all of her employees behind their back. Everyone knows it and finds it disgusting. She has said she doesn’t care about other employees , she has called employees useless and shared their personal issues such as bankruptcies, personal health problems and more with other employees. She even shared with me that she caught several of her employees drinking alcohol on their lunch break at the restaurant across the street. They all received only slap on the wrist and back to work. It’s highly unprofessional. There is rampant favoritism and nepotism within the company as well. If they’re unhappy with you, there will be no warnings, no write ups, no employee improvement plan-they will simply fire you. In the coldest, uncaring way possible. They also make it a regular occurrence to hire multiple people for the same role and then after a few weeks they will fire the one they think is worse. It’s a completely unethical approach to employment. Their “CEO” Kelsey is in way over her head and does not actually have any prior experience running a company and it shows. The disorder, low employee morale and constant turnover is further proof of that. She also talks poorly about her team-including ownership. It’s highly uncomfortable to hear your bosses trash talk each other behind their backs but unfortunately that is what you’ll be dealing with if you choose to work there. I wish I could say more good things but there is so much bad here that it outweighs any possible good for the employees that keep them successful.
