Excessive Meetings with No Action: Meeting Fatigue: The frequency of meetings without clear takeaways or action items can be exhausting. Employees may feel that time spent in these meetings could be better used for productive work. Lack of Decision-Making: If meetings are happening frequently but decisions are not being made or implemented afterward, it creates a cycle of frustration where employees feel like their time is wasted. 3. The company is in complete disarray. There’s no clear structure or accountability, and the constant back-to-back meetings lead to nothing getting done. Management doesn’t know how to lead, and we’re constantly under pressure with no real support. On top of that, we’ve got banking issues because of the company’s failure to pay UK taxes and shady practices at the HQ. It feels like everything is falling apart, and we’re stuck trying to pick up the pieces.”
