Pros
Great people are hired and genuinely the majority get along well together. Not perfect, but generally a good crew. Plenty of ambition, good talent and skills.
Kontras
The CEO and a couple of the leadership team are living in the dark ages. Some brilliant leaders brought into the company but left. We get left with the same outdated micro management, disrespected, unappreciated. Benefits dont exist, a culture of blame rather than problem solving, CEO is so false, nobody can listen to her own self praise. Kindness is a value but definitely only relates to certain people.
