Colleagues are the best, and work is interesting

Management are compleatly detached and not people orientated. Disorganised and last minute requests are common.

- Things were okay early on but took a turn when they were trying to expand - All staff were great and really hard working, not a bad word to say about any of them - Work life balance was okay unless you got pulled into a call at the end of the day

- CEOs and upper management were so focused on expansion they let the internal workings of the company suffer - Decisions regarding the product were thought up then scrapped after months of work with no communication internally or externally. Customers were crying out for updates but no one would dare update them as things would change at the drop of a hat - Good staff left and no action was taken to retain knowledge. Management were happy to stand by as staff lower down had to pick up the pieces and essentially fill the roles of their predecessors with no official promotion or salary increase
