Very bad work culture and management is very poky

1. Attrition rate 2. Spoiling talents for the sake of playing boss 3. Changing policies 4. Snobbery of MD 5. Extras for the MD's favourite

1. Do not provide proper documents to the employee 2. Do not keep their verbal (sometime written too) commitments they offer while hiring 3. No fixed HR policies and No Health benefits, no overtime bonus, so it goes on and on 4. Keep using old employees data in investors proposals / Presentation etc. 5. Deliberately demotivates
