CBH has been nothing but a breath of fresh air in the treatment world, staff and directors have autonomy to make decisions, the program remains clinically driven, the team is small and they truly care about clients, and leadership actually cares and hears you when you need them to. Everything I was “sold”prior to hire has been true

Can be high stress with the population or staff being out sick as others have to fill in, PTO can be better, sometimes feels disconnect from varying departments

If you like 12 hour shifts 3 days a week that’s the only pro.
