Benefits are the best you will ever have. Extremely nice and extremely talented people. Mission-oriented and driven employees. Allows you to explore other facets of your job that other larger companies would steer you clear of.

At times the mission may require you to work extra hours. For self-starters the autonomous atmosphere is perfect but for others requiring more structure and guidance the environment can sometimes lack.
