Management is largely inexperienced and appears to be learning their roles at the same time as their staff. The work environment is highly restrictive regarding employee interactions, and there is significant oversight of routine workplace behavior.
Management is watching you 24/7. You will get no training but expected to perform the job day 1.
If you did want a government job. This is not a stepping stop. Many employees thought the same but it's in fact the opposite.
