Kontras

Working for Compass will always be "my word against your word' even if you have evidence to back you up. They are also racist. Besides doing your jiib as a customer or sales rep you will also have to do Q&A duties like listen and grading your calls. You will need to approve your own time meaning pay roll duties. The most important thing, you will always have system issues and they will blame your internet connection. The IT team they have will only clear your cache and check your internet speed and restart your computer but will never fix the system issue. But they will lie and say you're the one who's hanging up on customer when they know the system is always messing your job , with no connection, no answer, loading for minutes. At the end, you will get fired so take notes of everything and screenshot every issue the system gives you, you're still going to loose you job but at least you let them know you're not an ignorant

Pros

It's getting harder to find a pro every day.

So let me get this straight, in the name of cutting costs we can't order water anymore for the stores, even thought it's 100 degrees outside you want us to work in, but at the same time you cut water you fly all the district managers to the corporate office for a week to teach them to come back to us and lecture us on wasteful spending, how much did that cost? I bet that would have bought a lot of water for the properties, wouldn't teams calls been cheaper? The hypocrisy is unreal, you want to lowly store staff to go out and clean in 100 degree temperatures but now refuse to supply us with water? I think that might even be an osha violation.
