Pros

It's not a hard job. There is a lot of pressure to sell units but you can learn how to do it in a few days.

Kontras

While it's not hard it's not a good place to work they are very disorganized. It also depends on your district manager. We used to have a DM that ran monthly activities for her staff. You would see here every week in your store and if you didn't she would call to check in with you. Then we got a new guy no more company parties and no more communication. Since he came to our district he has promoted his wife twice and the districts bonus numbers have gone down hill. You do get insurance but it's really expensive and you don't get a lot of coverage for what you pay for.

Pros

It's getting harder to find a pro every day.

Kontras

So let me get this straight, in the name of cutting costs we can't order water anymore for the stores, even thought it's 100 degrees outside you want us to work in, but at the same time you cut water you fly all the district managers to the corporate office for a week to teach them to come back to us and lecture us on wasteful spending, how much did that cost? I bet that would have bought a lot of water for the properties, wouldn't teams calls been cheaper? The hypocrisy is unreal, you want to lowly store staff to go out and clean in 100 degree temperatures but now refuse to supply us with water? I think that might even be an osha violation.
