This company will promise you a lot to talk you into working for them but then you will quickly find that the middle and upper management here do not care about their employees. You will find yourself being bullied and being a victim of an abusive relationship by virtue of the power and control dynamics that exist. It doesn't matter how hard working, loyal or dedicated you are. If management decides they like you, then you do no wrong. However, if the don't then you will do nothing right. I have seen top quality therapist doing outstanding work here eventually have to find another job due to the negative impact this has on their own mental health and quality of life. It is not worth it! Please do yourself a favor and keep looking to find another company that is not as toxic, unprofessional, back stabbing and down right abusive as this one is to their employees. This review is very negative and it isn't done to be spiteful. It is my duty to warn that provokes me to leave it.
