Favoritism and bias behavior for ppl who know how to bodek to the right person. These people get protection for their lousy behavior and bad working style to making it difficult for the rest to work with them. No transparent review and ppl scared to tell truth during review bcs is not anon and got backfire for sure. And is like the leads just talk a lot things and no do any work while the team die alone. This why many people leaving and already left but the boss all no idea why hahaha….. very funny. also the company no benefits. Not even cover the parking but they make a lot money tho. Got OT but depend your department your boss might really strict with your OT claim so very confusing, like no standardize for all plus the same thing for your increment also. They will say base on score but tbh I feel no make sense lo. If they like u then u can get high jncremenr but if no like u gg liao haha need to pandai jilat only can. And some boss really unprofessional la but got no hr person to report
