Great place to learn and grow clinically, maybe not professionally - offer really great CE's to staff for free, trying to offer more professional development things through a new learning platform, though I don't even think my manager or their leaders have bothered to take them. You definitely will know how to use CBT, DBT, ACT within 6 months of joining here. Love the patient populations I get to serve.

Every time the founders/senior exec leaders speak, it sounds so phony. They just did these meetings and it was hard to trust anything they were saying. In that it's hard to adapt to changes or additional asks from the top down when you don't trust the top. Also, health benefits are terrible, I have to go on my partners and change doctors because we just can't afford it. Also - while I love the values the Company has and truly bring up at every chance they can starting on day 1; it does not seem like my manager, or other directors and up "act in alignment" with the company's values in how they give feedback to each other and their staff. Fairly toxic.

Benefits are okay. Better than some

Back end management is not strong. Work distribution is unfair. The management cowers instead of supporting their staff. People with no proper skills are hired, and put in higher positions due to nepotism. Work delegation is very unfair. Management is not part of a team. Meaning non working manager. Stay away if you want to be valued and compensated fairly with your skill set.
