The team makes mistakes because the move fast but people don't dwell on them. It can be stressful sometimes because of the speed and amount of new faces all the time. There is a decent amount of staff transition but the top performers are supported and given huge amounts of responsibility and it just seems like the company is re-loading for the huge next phase of the business.
