Not much of challenges and changes. Everyone "seems" nice to you and do not set a higher goal and you may earn some easy money + overtime charges -- but not that high. Steady job environment.
Kontras
Pay low. Even higher of levels than you expected (Years of stay considered as well). No bonus for first 3 years. No regulated leave for first year.
