To be fair, they have recently acquired new leadership and it APPEARS that the company is improving and turning around. They APPEAR to be paying more attention to employee compensation and rewards. That will at least help a little.

I worked with the company 7 years. From the very beginning this was without a doubt the worst company I had ever worked for. Lies, misrepresentation and actual illegal behavior was the rule of the day toward both employees and customers. (And I keep good records, lest anyone thinks me to be liable) For the first six years I actually lost ground pay wise. They have recently forced out some of the good ole boy leadership that had an IRON FIST and ran the company like the Gestapo, but there are a few still in power. Policy is king here so don't step out of line. You will be put in situations you have never been prepared for. You will have to repair equipment you have never seen before and you will have little support internally. The company will represent you as trained and qualified on equipment that REQUIRES certifications to work on that you have never seen and don't even have a manual on.
