Pros
The benefits are great. PTO combined with holidays is very generous. You get all the "standard" holidays off along with 2 floating holidays and a day for "volunteer" time off... very cool. Work-life balance is very important to CompHealth. If I ever need to attend a school event for my 1st grader or need to leave early, they are always willing to work with me.
Kontras
Not all teams are created equal. They say your potential pay is equal no matter what team you're on. I haven't found this to be true. Depending on the market trend for your particular specialty, you may be stuck with not much more than base salary for a long time. It's hard to create "new" business if the market just doesn't need the service.
