Wonderful Company before merger with another bank

Merged with Capital Bank and it went downhill

An actual community bank. Employees are allowed a lot of autonomy. The management team is wonderful. Every employee is well trained and the customers are even better! Very inexpensive account options.

Recent purchase by Capital Bank may bring some changes. Slow processes on some loan products. Short staffing in most branches with very small rover staff recently.
