They have an awesome work life balance and a very aggressive bonus incentive package. With a wealth of career opportunities for uniquely skilled employees.
Kontras
Because the department was initially a Pilot and is still fairly new(2years), more contract management staff is greatly needed. Although the bonus structure is phenomenal, the base salary package for the position must greatly be restructured due to the additional skill set that is necessary to perform the job. That is the downside of being a Pilot department without a cohesive plan for review, and possible salary restructure after a set period of time in which the department has been operational.
