Caring coworkers, teamwork at the line level, fair benefits, nice facility

Kontras

Low morale, high turnover, high stress, difficult work/life balance due to mandatory overtime in some departments, and "good ol' boy"system for many assignments and/or promotions. Extreme focus on meet daily goals by "touching accounts" (i.e., noting or status) vs. a true focus on account resolution (getting patient accounts paid).
