It is an unhealthy culture, not one built on trust but selfish, personal gain. Before you go ask why they reorganize so often. Ask how long it takes to get the budget completed (8 month average while I was there). Look up the OIG investigation and read it. No margin no mission is real but the focus on margin supercedes patient care. Finally, look until quality ratings, the flagship hospital is one of the lowest rated in Indiana yet the docs are the highest paid in the market.
