Decent benefits; bonuses and tuition reimbursement; flexibility in scheduling; physicians, PAs, and NPs are all very nice to deal with; nice facilities

Management changes constantly, as do the current 'rules' for the departments. Too many politics in and between departments. Our middle management takes a very 'big-brother' approach and uses a lot of passive-aggressive threats and fear to try to move the departments forward.
