In 2023, every single employee got a pay rise in the middle of the year (on top of their normal bonus) to help with inflation. I felt really valued there. They care about you, the community and doing what’s best for their members.

Other banks/credit unions have more of a competitive salary.

They pay is on time

No room to grow if you aren’t a fan favorite. Management sucks. Pay sucks for frontline workers.
