Management is reasonable when it comes to PTO and time off, and work-life balance is respected. Everyone is kind, helpful, and willing to step in when you’re stuck or need guidance. Even when tickets are challenging, the team supports you through them. I’d definitely recommend this role to anyone starting out in IT or looking to build a strong foundation.
