The core values of the company, via harm reduction and self-determination of the clients, make a lot of the high-stress work feel worth it. The company as a whole also puts in a lot of effort to make sure the employees' mental and emotional health are attended to

Lack of support and high expectations from supervisors and management, which is understandable given many of the needs circumstances of the job. Little hands-on training., which makes it easy to slip up. Usually, one service coordinator per building is expected to take on a large caseload. There seems to be a high turnover rate because of this.
