SEnior management is extremely biased and it can be really unnerving at times. There is no growth as there is extreme levels of politics . The company has no direction, hence roles are not fixed. They may even make u do the job of an office boy incase they dont have one. Mid level employees are considered as step children and they are actually made to do tasks like get print outs, scan documents, send courier etc. there is no proper and sufficient sanitation facility for girls. HR will cheat you at every possible level.
