Additionally the learning environment the team has fostered provides employees with the opportunity to expand their skillset each and every day. I often refer to the last 7 years as my MBA. If you are thinking about joining the team at CTC, I couldn't recommend it more. The work is challenging but that makes it so much more rewarding.
